Breaking the Cycle: Transform Your Health and Sleep for Good webinar

30% of North America suffers from chronic insomnia, and 67% struggle with sleep at least one night a week. The World Health Organization has declared sleep loss an epidemic in industrialized nations. Millions of people worldwide are using prescription medications to sleep, and that does not include OTC or natural supplementation.

75-90% of visits to doctor’s offices are due to stress-related conditions, and the number one cause of both sleep loss and depression is acute and chronic stress. 70% of North Americans are overweight or obese. It is no coincidence that these numbers have risen exponentially over the past decade.

The cyclical pattern of chronic stress and sleep loss can have detrimental effects on our metabolism, which can lead to obesity and diabetes, independent of diet, general anxiety disorders and depression. Trying to lose weight without treating the underlying issue of insomnia and nervous system dysregulation is inherently designed to fail.

In this lecture, Dr Penny Kendall-Reed will discuss many of the clinical pearls she has gathered from treating patients with these sleep and stress disorders, and demonstrate how using diet, lifestyle changes and natural supplementation can reset the central nervous system and re-balance metabolism to achieve long-lasting weight loss, mental health and sleep.
