Nervous System Reset & How to Evaluate the Physical Cost of Your Daily Routine

The Physical Cost of Daily Life: What is your nervous system actually paying?
When stress becomes a chronic baseline, your body quietly compensates—diverting resources away from deep restorative sleep, balanced digestion, and steady immune function. Over time, that unpaid biological bill shows up as persistent brain fog, muscle tension, and chronic physical depletion.
