Acid reflux is a daily struggle for millions—and it’s now considered the most common digestive issue beginning as early as age 30. More than 30% of adults (and many more who never see a doctor) experience occasional symptoms that can disrupt sleep, restrict food choices, and cause lasting discomfort. But what if there’s more to the story than “too much acid”?
In this presentation, gastroenterology expert Steven Sandberg-Lewis, ND, DHANP, will share insights from nearly 50 years in practice. Rather than focusing only on acid suppression, he’ll explain the different factors that can drive reflux—like diet, stress, and gut function—and introduce practical approaches to support digestive health.
You’ll gain a new perspective on reflux, learn what questions to start asking about your own symptoms, and explore some gentle, natural strategies you may not have considered before.
This is a great opportunity to hear about his clinical experience and get a glimpse into the naturopathic approach to digestive care.
Watch and learn, explore, and walk away with ideas you can start applying right away—without the overwhelm.
