Can I Take an Online Doctor of
Naturopathic Medicine Degree?

One of the most common questions that people ask is whether they can acquire their naturopathic degree online. Due to the importance of learning practical, applied skills for any health-related field, there are no accredited naturopathic schools online that offer fully remote programs. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many programs are offering increased courses online – up to one year of the four year education.

Are There Any Fully Online Naturopathic Degree Programs?
In order to properly learn the knowledge required to be a practicing Naturopathic Doctor (ND), it is necessary to have experience applying what you learn in person, which is why AANMC naturopathic medicine programs all include hands-on practical work well as clinical experience. Most AANMC ND programs will accept prerequisites completed online as long as they are from an accredited institution.
