Helpful Ways to Reset Your Nervous System

The Physical Cost of Daily Life: What is your nervous system actually paying?

When stress becomes a chronic baseline, your body quietly compensates—diverting resources away from deep restorative sleep, balanced digestion, and steady immune function. Over time, that unpaid biological bill shows up as persistent brain fog, muscle tension, and chronic physical depletion.

Watch as JoAnn Yánez, ND, MPH, CAE shares practical advice that you can implement today to reset your nervous system. This is a 35-minute working masterclass designed to help you take an objective, compassionate inventory of your daily stress inputs.

During this webinar replay, Dr. Yánez will help you:

  • Audit the Hidden Load: Pinpoint the micro-stressors quietly draining your energy reserves throughout the day.
  • Practice Real-Time Down-Regulation: Learn and test simple somatic and vagal exercises live to shift your body out of fight-or-flight within minutes.
  • Identify Your Highest-Leverage Fix: Isolate the single most impactful physical friction point to remove this week—without overhauling your entire life.

If your body has been sending warning signals that it needs relief, reserve your free seat live and leave with a clear plan to restore your biological margin.
